Why is the Posterior Chain so important
The posterior chain is home to some of our biggest muscles and tissues. The glutes, hamstrings, and lats are all tissue that helps propel us forward in space as well as act as our brakes, think of the heels and hamstrings here for this.
Since our current civilization requires us to be in flexion most of the time seated in chairs, in our cars, in front of screens, the back tissue of our body can become weak and underused.
Support Your Spine
When this happens chronic pain, imbalance and injury can be a result. By working on creating a stronger back, we not only help our posture and our sports-hobbies, but we also support the tissues of the spine. The spines health is integral for health and longevity.
