A restorative practice that takes us out of our mind and into our body. Suitable for all levels, as this is mainly a floor practice where we hold positions for 2-3 minutes, as well as utilizing isometics to help us release the deeper tissues within.
Props like blankets, pillows, and blocks are recommended.
